"They don't deserve 1 star! We called to add a driver and new vehicle to existing policy. The lady was very rude. This was the 3rd time we called because they weren't able to do it correctly. We ended up calling another agent to switch all together. When we called back to ask them to send our policies to another agent... the response we got before getting hung up on was "whatever." Do yourself a favor and look for a policy elsewhere."
